Rules of the promotion

Company responsible for the Promotion: COCA-COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U., with Tax ID No. B-86561412, domiciled in Calle Ribera del Loira, 20-22, 2nd floor, 28042 Madrid (hereinafter, “CCEP IBERIA”).

Term: The promotion shall be valid from 7 July 2017 to 6 August 2017, inclusive.

Promoted Product: The products that participate in this promotion are as follows:

(i) Coca-Cola Glass Bottle 237 ml.
(ii) Coca-Cola Zero Glass Bottle 237 ml.
(iii) Coca-Cola Zero Zero Glass Bottle 237 ml.
(iv) Coca-Cola Light Glass Bottle 237 ml.
(v) Royal Bliss Glass Bottle 200 ml (all flavours)

Scope of the promotion: Geographical scope limited to the autonomous region of Catalonia, specifically 8 hotels in the city of Barcelona, described in Annex 1 to these rules (hereinafter, the “establishments” or the establishments affiliated to the promotion).

A.- Who can participate?

All individuals over 18 years of age, who reside in Spain and make the minimum purchase of the promoted product in the establishments as described in the following section.

CCEP IBERIA or COCA-COLA ESPAÑA employees or the owners or employees of any of the Establishments affiliated to the promotion, or their first-degree relatives or persons who live with them, may not participate in this promotion.

B.- How to participate?


Within the Term, the consumer who visits any of the Establishments must make therein a minimum purchase of 4 units of any of the promoted products (hereinafter, the “Minimum Purchase”). The minimum purchase must comprise at least 2 consumptions of the promoted products. The 2 consumptions of promoted products shall be in packs (of 2) for a fixed price in the establishment. However, this minimum purchase may differ at various times and the consumer does not have to buy 4 units of the promoted products all at once.

When a consumer purchases at least two of any of the promoted products in any of the establishments within the period of the promotion (from 7 July 2017 to 6 August 2017), the establishments shall give that consumer a card when it serves these promotional products. Each pack of 2 consumptions (the minimum purchase) shall entitle the consumer to a stamp on the card. On this card, the consumer must complete his or her personal data (full name, e-mail and telephone number) and get at least 2 stamps (each stamp is for 2 consumptions, as it is a pack of 2 promoted products at a fixed price) in order to participate in the draw, and when the 2 stamps are completed (and the minimum purchase therefore made), he or she may place the card in the box provided for that purpose in any of the Establishments, thus participating in a draw for one night in a hotel, bed and breakfast, in the hotel of his or her choice (chosen from the list provided by CCEP IBERIA). Each purchase of a promoted product in any of the establishments shall entitle the consumer to a stamp on the card; only cards on which the personal details are correctly completed and there are the 2 required stamps may participate in the draw for the prize.

Each establishment affiliated to the promotion shall have a closed box where consumers shall place their stamped and duly completed cards. The only cards to be placed in the box must have the two required stamps and the personal details of each participant. Cards that do not meet these requirements shall be null and void and shall be included in the draw. The boxes will be collected from the different establishments on 7/8 August.

The draw shall take place before a notary public on 9 August 2017. The IMPULSA COMUNICACIÓN ACTIVA agency shall contact the winner via telephone and e-mail, using the personal details provided on his or her card.

The same consumer can participate as many times as he or she wishes in the promotion, through the same or different affiliated establishments, providing he/she makes the minimum purchase of the promoted products (2 packs of 2 promoted products).

This promotion cannot be added to other promotions or discounts.

CCEP IBERIA reserves the right to eliminate fraudulent participations as established herein.


The prize shall be one night in a hotel, bed and breakfast, for 2 people. The prize winner can use the prize from 11 August to 30 September, selecting the hotel of his/her choice from the list to be provided by CCEP IBERIA, providing this hotel has availability on the dates chosen by the winner.


The IMPULSA COMUNICACIÓN ACTIVA agency shall contact the winner to inform him/her that he/she has won.

Prizes are personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for anything else, neither cash nor in kind.

C.- Liability and causes for the disqualification of a participant in the promotion

The abusive or fraudulent use of these rules shall give rise to the participant’s disqualification from the promotion.

It is defined that fraud occurs in although is not limited to the following cases:

1. When there is an attempt to forge the stamp on the cards.
2. When the personal details entered on the cards are incorrect.
Discovery of any of these circumstances during the promotion shall lead to the automatic disqualification of the participant concerned.

Should such irregularities be discovered, even after the prize is accepted, CCEP IBERIA reserves the right to exercise all possible legal action against the perpetrators.


1. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by current legislation in Spain and by the rules established herein, which have been deposited with one of the notaries public of Esplugues de Llobregat.

2. PERSONAL DATA: The processing of the personal information of the participants and winners of this promotion is mandatory in the terms defined herein. Pursuant to the above, merely participating in this promotion necessarily involves the participant’s express agreement to his or her personal information being processes as described herein.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act (Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December) (LOPD), CCEP IBERIA informs both participants and winners (hereinafter also stakeholders) that the personal data provided to participate in this promotion shall be stored in a file for which CCEP IBERIA is responsible according to the following terms and conditions:

a. Purposes of the processing and assignment of stakeholders’ data.- The data of the participants in this promotion shall be processed by CCEP IBERIA for the following purposes, although not limited to the purposes:

To manage their participation in this promotion and, in the case of the winner, to verify that the stakeholder meets the requirements established to participate in the promotion.
To manage their registration in the promotion.
To provide the stakeholder with the information required for his or her participation to comply with these rules.
To verify the absence of activities that are fraudulent or contrary to these rules.

Likewise, if the stakeholder is the winner of the promotion, his or her data shall be processed for the following purposes:

To verify that the prize was won legally and that his or her participation was in compliance with these rules.
To inform the stakeholder of the prize via e-mail and a telephone call.

When the prize consists of travel or an activity, to manage its organisation and other activities involved and any other purposes derived from the stakeholder’s status as the winner of the promotion as established herein.

b. Stakeholder consent for data processing and assignment.- Given the mandatory nature of the processing of the stakeholder’s personal data, the stakeholder’s registration and participation in this promotion implies his or her express acceptance of this processing and of the assignment of these data. Therefore, if the stakeholder does not consent to the handling and/or assigning of their information, he or she shall refrain from participating in this promotion. Notwithstanding the above, the stakeholder can exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time, in the terms specified herein.

c. Data update.- Finally, the stakeholder is hereby informed that, as the holder of the data provided to CCEP IBERIA, he or she is under the obligation to inform CCEP as soon as possible of any change in their details so that they can be updated. Unless CCEP IBERIA is not informed otherwise, it shall be understood that the data provided by the stakeholder are accurate and up-to-date.

d. Communication of third party data by the stakeholder.- Furthermore, if the stakeholder has to provide personal data related to third parties, such as the person accompanying him or her, including image data, he or she must first inform these third parties of the information contained herein, especially the purpose of data assignment. The communication of the personal data of third parties depends on the principle of necessity and proportionality and on the communication of current and accurate data, and requires consent to be requested beforehand from the said third parties, unless there is legal provision for that purpose.

COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U reserves the right to make amendments or add annexes to these rules in relation to how they work and the prizes, providing that they are justified and do not prejudice the participants, that they take place during the promotion and the participants are duly informed.

3. EXCLUSIONS: Expressly excluded from participation in this promotion are all COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U. and COCA-COLA ESPAÑA employees, the owners or employees of the establishments affiliated to the promotion and their first-degree relatives or people who live with them.

4. RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS: COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U. reserves the right to eliminate, with justification, any user who carries out fraud or alters or hinders the normal and regulatory conduct of this promotion.

5. DELIVERY OF PRIZES: The prize is nominative and shall solely be delivered in Spain.

6. IDENTIFICATION: The identity of participants and winners shall be exclusively accredited, if necessary, by means of official documents (ID card, passport or any other official identification document).

7. PROOF OF PURCHASE: If proof of purchase (frame/magnet, receipt, labels, rings, caps, films, proof of purchase with pin-code, etc.) of a promotional product is required to participate in this Promotion:

7.1.- Participants must keep proof of purchase throughout the promotion period and 1 additional month and make it available to COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U. in case it is requested in order to deliver the prize correctly.

7.2.- Should the participant have to send the said proof of purchase by regular mail, COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U. shall not be liable for its loss and the postal receipt shall not be admitted as proof of purchase.

7.3.- If the proof of purchase submitted/received is false, illegible, has been manipulated or photocopied, etc., it shall be null and void and not considered as a participation.

7.4.- In no case shall proof of purchase received by COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U. be returned to participants.


8.1.- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, and expires on 30 September 2017.

8.2.- COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U. is not liable for the use made by the winner of the prize, but the sale of promotional gifts is forbidden.

8.3.- Prizes are non-transferable, so if the winner cannot or wishes not to accept the prize, COCA COLA EUROPEAN PARTNERS IBERIA, S.L.U. shall name the reserve winner as the winner. If the reserve also does not accept the prize, it shall be declared null and void.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these Rules.
